INSTALLATION:
Our trained team handles installation, which includes delivery, assembly, and securing of the pergola, along with any blinds, glazing, or additional features you may include. We offer our services nationwide and installation lead times range from 10-14 weeks from when you place your order. Please contact us to confirm the current lead times. After placing your order online, we will reach out to schedule a convenient installation date. By choosing and paying for our installation service, you agree to the pre-installation guidelines outlined below. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in additional fees for a return visit by our team.
Our luxury, louvered roof pergolas rely on the ground to be flat with the allowance of a 1% fall incline, to allow the glazing, blinds, and drainage system to work correctly. Ensure you have accurately measured the area and have a flat surface to ensure the pergola can be installed by our team when it is delivered. Please contact us if you have any questions about measuring and groundwork.
Our team is trained to secure the pergola to the following surfaces:
- Concrete
- Paving slabs
- Wood decking
- Composite decking
- Porcelain tiles
- Other solid surfaces
For porcelain tiles, our team uses diamond drill bits and takes great care, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any tile cracking due to how the surface was laid or if the legs need to be positioned near grout lines.
PRE-INSTALLATION
Once you have placed an order with us, please ensure you have adhered to the following actions:
Pre-Order Verification
If you consulted us for advice on the size, it is your responsibility to verify that the selected size suits your space before proceeding with the order.
Location Preparation
Decide the exact location and positioning of your pergola/item in advance.

Ensure the chosen location is suitable for the pergola/item based on the dimensions specified in your order.
Ensure the site is clear and free of obstacles.
Ground Preparation
We are not liable for ground preparation. Allow sufficient time for any preparatory work to settle before the installation date. Please contact us if you need to change and discuss the installation date.
Discuss all ground preparation details with our HQ team before you confirm any groundwork plans. Keeping us up to date and asking our product specialists for advice will ensure that your installation goes smoothly.
On-Site Assistance
Ensure someone is available to greet our team upon arrival and guide them to the installation site.
Damage Liability
We are not responsible for preventable damages or faults not related to manufacturer defects. This includes natural ground movements, extreme weather conditions, tampering, or restructuring of the area around the pergola.
We are not liable for damage to decking, patio, paving, garden, or general property from bolts, anchoring, or other securing materials.
We are not responsible for items damaged by wind if the customer refuses to secure the item with bolts or anchors. This refusal is at the customer's risk.
